Heart Cooks Brain offers a variety of hosting plans to accommodate your needs. Whether you are an individual with modest needs or a large-scale business with hundreds of employees, we most likely have a plan suited to your vision. If we don't we'll happily work with you to build a plan tailored just for you. We understand that what might work for you today may not fit your needs tomorrow. To that end we can adjust your plan on the fly, in most cases without you or your business experiencing any down-time. Reliability is a passion of ours. Our servers are hardened for security and we continuously update them to address new threats; these updates, as well as other routine maintenance, are performed on a weekly schedule, during off-peak hours.

Many companies offer plans with seemingly generous specifications at bargain prices. The reality is that these companies operate by "overselling" their services and over-populating their servers. They do this because although they may advertise such generous specifications, they know that the average user will almost never require a fraction of their offerings! You could think of them as an all-you-can-eat buffet where two-thousand people sit down to eat, but the kitchen is only stocked to fill a few hundred stomachs—they just hope that nobody is really hungry. By over-populating their servers these companies severely degrade the flexibility, performance and reliability experienced by every user, not only their clients but also the visitors of websites hosted on their servers.
Our plans are designed to address the real-world needs of our clients and we promise to never oversell our services and resources. What you pay for is always provisioned exclusively for your use. Our Hosting Service Agreement is straight-forward and we promise to be there when you have questions. It is our goal to meet and exceed all of your expectations, if we can't we will refund your remaining balance, no questions asked.
Plans start at only a few dollars per month. Because we can upgrade your plan on the fly, we suggest only buying what you need today. We never charge set-up fees. Payments can be made in six-month or one-year blocks; clients choosing to pay in one-year blocks will be given one month free.
If we designed and continue to maintain your site we are happy to offer you fully managed hosting at no additional cost. With fully managed hosting we'll take care of your every need. Whenever you want to make a change to your hosting account just let us know and we'll get right on it. We'll also make full backups of your entire account on a weekly schedule. The primary benefits of being hosted on our managed server are even higher security, maximum reliability and virtually no administration required of you.
With a semi-managed plan you have flexible control, and backups become your responsibility. We are proud to provide our exceptional Webmaster Panel (based on the industry leading cPanel) which makes managing and monitoring all the features offered under your hosting plan a snap.
